“Organic from Vine to Bottle”

I have had the honor of sharing the good news about Booker Vineyard’s industry-leading organic efforts for several years running. This has included announcements about the estate vineyard becoming CCOF certified in 2021 and ROC certified in 2023. The latest news is that the Booker winemaking operation has also become CCOF certified, establishing an organic halo across the entire estate. This news was picked up in leading trade publications and local media. From the press release: “Booker Vineyard & Winery today announced that its winemaking operation has now achieved CCOF certification, effectively closing the loop on the winery’s organic practices from vine to bottle. This new distinction affirms that each Booker wine is made in accordance with the rigorous production standards of CCOF, without the use of any synthetically sourced materials or additives.”
